Most domestic building projects that end badly tend to be caused by a poor relationship between customer and builder.


Believe it or not, quality of workmanship isn’t one of the main factors here. It’s often just petty or trivial items that cause the relationship to breakdown. This breakdown is harmful to both sides, costing time, money, and damaging reputations.


So ‘Attentive Trader’ was created by an experienced tradesperson who is super conscientious, accommodating and always eager to please. Andrew had a passion to pass on his skills, and is now doing so by using an educational and accountable tool that both the customer and tradesperson can believe in. 

These skills are the blueprint for the training platform and are helping tradespeople neutralise areas that were once potential catalysts for fallouts.


The system is unique and specifically aimed at the domestic building/refurbishment market and is being implemented worldwide.
